COMMUNICATION AND NOTICE
All communication between the Subcontractor and General Contractor shall be vía Contractor.
Subcontractor shall tender to the contractor with periodic progress reports as required by the contractor ,including status of: material,equipment,manpower and submittal
Subcontractor shall be deemed to have received notice of fact, request , order, or demand when it’s Superintendent is notified, either orally or in writing ,or (Number)days after which a written notice is sent by the registers or certified mail addressed to the Subcontractors last known place of business (Address)
Contractor shall be deemed to have received a notice of a fucked, request, or demand (number) days after which I read the notice is sent by registered certified mail address to the following address: (your complete address)
GOVERNING LAW AND THE RULES OF CONSTRUCTION
The validity interpretation and performance of the subcontract shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the project is located.
Titles, caption, or headings to any provincials, articles, shall not limit the full contents of the same this article shall have full force and effect as if no titles existed.

ARBITRATION
